How We Can Help

REPLENISH is a ministry that is laser focused on the spiritual health of pastors and Christian leaders. Peering behind the front stage gifts of vision casting, leadership skill and organizational growth, REPLENISH probes the backstage issues of spiritual and emotional health.

1. Local church/organization coaching

Every leader has good intentions about developing their own spiritual health as well as that of their team. But, the daily pressures and demands of ministry often keep it a back burner issue.

This coaching is targeted for the pastor and his leadership team. This could be paid staff, an elder board or deacon group. The goal would be to help cultivate a church culture that values and implements practices that lead to spiritual health.

  • Initial onsite visit to meet with the pastor to do an assessment and develop a one year coaching game plan
  • Then, Lance would make 6 on-site visits (1 ½ days each) over the course of the year.

  • Part of each visit would include personal coaching for the pastor and their spouse, team coaching for the leadership team, and staff training around the practices that build a spiritually healthy life and leadership culture.
  • The coaching would include a variety of materials, tools and resources that help facilitate spiritual health.

2. Pastors Coaching Networks

These networks would seek to bring together 8-12 pastors in a city or local region. These networks would involve a one year commitment. Over the course of the year there would be 10 one day meetings.

raise awareness of the message of REPLENISH and help leaders know how to put spiritual health into practice.
