I am so thankful that God is raising up such a qualified man as Lance to focus on the dignity and honor of our position as pastors. Lance’s character, integrity and caring spirit position him well to serve in this capacity. Lance says, “Our doing and leading must flow out of our BEING.” I couldn’t agree more.
